Art of Living New Zealand has announced that Swami Sadyojthah, Director International affairs & Founder Director of Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research will be visiting New Zealand in March 2020.

Swami Sadyojathah was born in the royal family of Kerala, India. He got influenced by the work and the teachings of his now mentor and Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and became his disciple around 22 years ago. Swamiji now devotes his life to the service of humanity as directed by his Guru His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Swamiji is a Sanskrit term and denotes one who has attained a high level of universal yogic knowledge to uplifting society. In past 22 years, Swamiji has taught tens of thousands of people in over 40 countries to meditate and he continuously travels internationally to help create a violence free, stress free world.

During his visit to Auckland, Swamiji will be teaching meditation to the beginners from 17 to 19 March and a special Art of Silence retreat will be held for those who have done Art of Living Happiness Course from March 5 to 8 as informed by Mrs Rashmi Bhatia of Art of Living New Zealand. -TIN Bureau
