And now adding some more achievements in its kitty besides business excellence is being one of the finalists in the category of excellence in innovation for the Westpac Auckland Business Awards 2021.

Siva Kilari, the director of Universal Granite was very proud to announce about this achievement. He humbly credits this achievement to his hard-working team and says, “The Universal team work so hard, and this accomplishment is all theirs”

The company is competing with 6 other finalists in the category of excellence in innovation and the winners are set to be announced on the 9th of December this year.

Siva’s determination to excel and innovate was previously reflected in his candid interview with The Indian News when he was asked one question of what he wants to achieve, to which he said “Firstly, from 60 percent, I want UC share in the New Zealand’s stone market to increase to at least 80 percent. Furthermore, I am investing in larger warehouse spaces, so that customers can come and have a look themselves at the quality and range of stone products we offer. I want them to go back impressed, and demand from their designers, fabricators, architects, and builders to use only UC products in their homes.” (Full interview in print edition Volume 3 Issue 16)
